Klei’s Don’t Starve is prepping for its multiplayer expansion with a multi-phase beta rollout. The company’s 2 million beta keys for Don’t Starve Together, which the studio showed off with some prototype footage a couple of months back, will begin unlocking co-op suffering for the studio’s friends and family this week.

Next up are the folks who registered for the beta. Klei will invite more players in once the studio is able to prove it can support the population with a strict diet of berries and roasted seeds.
