Bad news for racing fans: Developer Ghost Games has announced that the PC version of Need for Speed will be delayed to spring 2016.
With Need for Speed, Developer Ghost Games is planning to relaunch one of the most iconic racing series this November – at least for players who own a PS4 or Xbox One. As was announced in a new blog post, PC gamers have to wait another six months – the PC version of Need for Speed will not be available until spring 2016.
According to the developers, the extra time will be spent „increasing the visuals we can deliver on PC“. This will also include the implementation of an unlocked frame rate, which Ghost Games deemed a „massive priority“ after receiving feedback from the PC community.
Need for Speed releases on November 5 for PS4 and Xbox One, the PC version will be available spring 2016.
